A. Applicable terms
These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order for products you place through the Grubbies website. You must read these terms and conditions of sale carefully as when you place an order through the website you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
B: Description of Grubbies products
We try to ensure that prices quoted and product descriptions on the website are accurate and fairly described. Please note though that (i) we will only complete orders if there are no material errors in the prices or descriptions displayed on the website and (ii) we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or finish will accurately reflect the colour and finish of the product on delivery.
C: Your order and acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order. The products ordered will remain our property until we have received payment in full for those products.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

Risk in your ordered products (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the specified delivery address. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.
E: International Delivery
All payments are to be made in pounds Sterling and you will be liable for the exchange rate and any additional processing or administration charges applied in relation to the payment.

Our policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or any other applicable legislation.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products in transit when returned to us and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you or not refund you in relation to such products.
When items are returned by post, the credit adjustment is made to the credit or debit card account or gift card used as payment for the original order.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud. Further, none of our policies affects your consumer rights relating to faulty, unsuitable or misdescribed goods nor your right to our order.
